Overnight Program Schedules

Campers are assigned to a section, which is a group of campers/cabins who participate in the same daily cohort of activities and meals. Each section has its own name based on a hockey team.

Campers in Canadiens, Leafs, Red Wings, Hawks, and Rangers rotate through a similar daily schedule, and campers in Bruins and Seniors rotate through another similar daily schedule.

• Hot Breakfasts: Campers start every morning with rotating hot favorites like pancakes, French toast, eggs, and sausages, alongside a daily oatmeal and cereal bar.
• Balanced Lunches & Dinners: Every lunch and dinner includes a fresh salad bar, homemade soup, and warm bread baked daily in-house, paired with entrees like burgers, fajitas, pasta, and roast beef.
• Nightly Snack: All cabins enjoy an evening snack before bed, including baked goods and fresh fruit. Campers in Bruins and Seniors receive meal packs after late arena sessions.

• Monday & Tuesday Evening Programs: Campers kick off the week with two additional choice blocks where they can try an activity they did not choose in Activity Periods 1 and 2. This is only available for campers in the Canadiens to Rangers sections.
• Wednesday All Camp Campfire: The entire camp gathers by the lake for our weekly campfire featuring section cheers for the HOC Cup Challenge, staff skits, and traditional campfire songs.
• Tournaments: Campers from Canadiens to Hawks participate in a long-standing tradition of tournaments where each camper chooses 1 event (Ping Pong, Shuffle Board, Free Throw, Shoot Out). The camper who wins each event gets their name on the boards in the Jr. Rec Hall.
• Intramurals: Campers from Rangers to Seniors participate in their cabin against other cabins in the section to become victorious for the week.
• Friday Night Finale: We wrap up the week with a camp-wide activity/game based on the weekly theme. Our campers enjoy a recognition awards campfire highlighting successful campers all around camp.

• Daily Tuck Shop Visits: Every weekday afternoon (Monday through Friday), sections visit the Tuck Shop to grab an ice cream, cold drink, chocolate bar, or candy treat. No additional purchases are required.
• Section Waterfront Time (SFWT): Campers head down to the lake each day for supervised free swims, lakeside area, and relaxing on the beach.
• Section Activity Time (SAT): Led by our Activity Instructors, each section experiences a fun and energetic hour daily, which includes large group games such as Capture the Flag, Survival, and much more.
