Build faster hands, dial in your shot, and develop the athletic habits that translate directly from the dryland deck to the ice.

In this high-energy activity, campers rotate through stations designed for rapid-fire shooting, passing, and stickhandling circuits. Stepping outside the rink lets players rack up hundreds of extra puck touches, building the quick hands and muscle memory that translate directly to the ice.
Because great hockey players are complete athletes, every session includes purposeful fitness and wellness training. Campers kick things off with dynamic mobility to build durable movement habits, then finish after the skill circuits with agility drills and guided cool-downs for recovery. Players walk away with sharper hands, explosive footwork, and the athletic foundation to stay game-ready all season.
