'All Inclusive' Weekend Retreat Costs:
Retreat 'all inclusive' cost include both cabin rental charge plus food/activity charge per person within cabin.
Bookings are based on 2 night minimum and not available based on cabin rental only. *Costs are subject to HST.
Cabin Rental Cost* (2 Nights - Fri/Sat):
$40 - medium cabin that sleeps 3-6 people
$50 - large cabin that sleeps 4-8 people
Plus, Food and Activity (F&A) Plan Cost Per Person* (Friday - Sunday): (based on age at time of stay)
$120 / person (7+ years old)
$70 / person (5-6 years old)
4 and under (free)
Weekend Retreat Cost Example:
Family of 4, all over the age of 7 years, who books a medium cabin:
$260.00 + HST (Cabin $20.00 + F&A $240.00) x Two Nights = $520 + HST
Helpful Booking Tips:
- Remember it's a two-night minimum and bookings are only available for Eagle Crest Family Retreats Weekend - June 17-19, 2022.
- Check out our facility camp map for cabin, dining and washroom locations.
- Indicate how many guests (and age) will be staying on site. Food and Activity Plan costs based on age of guest at time of stay.
- Please indicate any special dietary request on your booking form.
- Once you complete your booking, we will review and send you a confirmation email with all your confirmed booking details.
- You can MODIFY OR CANCEL BOOKING online at any time after your booking is confirmed.
