Follow these easy steps to register your son or daughter for the Ultimate Hockey & Summer Camp Experience.


HOC uses a camp management software called Campsite for all registration purposes.  New families can create an account on the Campsite Parent Dashboard which will allow you to manage your entire camp experience online. You can enroll your children, complete online forms, view your balance, make a payment, view upcoming invoices, manage your personal contact information and much more. Returning families can simply log into their existing account with Campsite and continue with a new enrollment for 2018.

Click on the Register Now button on the right to begin your Campsite experience.

Helpful Reminders:
1) Please take the time to carefully go through the registration process. Processes and forms may have changed from past years.
2) Sunday Check-In times are now selected by parents during registration; the earlier you register, the more times available.
3) HOC accepts registrations on a first come first serve basis, so register early to guarantee your spot! Please check the Calendar & Availability Page before registering...programs fill quickly.

 

Availability Hockey Opportunity Summer Camp


INDIVIDUAL CAMPER(S)

Follow these steps to register your child(ren) as individual campers.

Review Program Options

Review each of our program outlines and descriptions including program availability. Availability is updated regularly as programs/weeks fill up. Choose your preferred program and week(s). Please note some programs are age restricted.

In addition, take a look at our Special Offers to see if there are any discounts your camper may be eligible for.

REGISTER ONLINE - Enter Campsite Parent Dashboard

1. Click Register for 2018 at the top of the web page. 
2. Enter the Campsite Parent Dashboard (create a new account or login with an existing account).
3. Complete camper registration as per instructions.

Special Notes:

Deposit • If you are registering your camper prior to May 1, a minimum deposit of $250 (Cdn) is required to complete your enrollment. Any registrations after May 1 require full payment to complete your enrollment.

Cancellation Policy • Registrations cancelled before May 2, 2018, will be charged a $125 cancellation fee with the remaining balance of any deposit paid refunded. All registrations cancelled after May 2, 2018, are Non-Refundable (for any reason- medical included)- NO EXCEPTIONS. If cancelling after May 2, any deposits/payments paid will be held and credited towards the camper's account, to be used towards the camper's own registration for the following year only.

Cabin Assignment Requests • Be sure to list any campers you would like your child to bunk with in the 'Cabin Assignment Requests' section questions tab. We try our best to follow these requests, however, please note that we require the campers to be within one grade/birth year of each other in order to be in the same cabin. Restrictions may apply.

ENROLLMENT CONFIRMATION

We will process your enrollment request and confirm registration within 1-3 business days. You will receive a Registration Contract & Statement via email at that time.

Please review your Contract & Statement thoroughly and confirm you have been registered in the correct program/week(s).

Contact the HOC office immediately if you have any questions or find any errors.

CAMPER(S) IS A MEMBER OF A GROUP

Follow these steps to register your child(ren) in a group.

Receive Email/Instructions from Group Coordinator

The Group Coordinator is responsible facilitating the group registration process and contacting each parent of the group members. Please wait until you have received specific instructions from your Group Coordinator before continuing with your camper's registration.

REGISTER ONLINE - Enter Campsite Parent Dashboard

1. Click Register for 2018 at the top of the web page.
2. Enter the Campsite Parent Dashboard (create a new account or login with an existing account).
3. Complete camper registration as per instructions.
4. Parents will be required to enter the group's unique 8-character Group Approved/Discount Passcode in two areas of the registration form; 1) Under the Enrollment Options, to unlock and choose the group rate, and 2) Under the Enrollment Questions, to link the camper to the group for cabin assignments.
5. Under the Cabin Assignments questions, select Part of Group in the drop down menu. The Group Coordinator is responsible for submitting a separate Group Cabin Request Form after all campers in the group have been registered and confirmed. If you have any specific cabin requests, please contact your Group Coordinator to arrange.

Group Discount Reminders/Expiry:

1) Group Rates are only available for the Overnight Hockey + Camp OR Overnight Camp Program.
2) Your Group Approved/Discount Passcode has a 20-day expiry date. Campers must register prior to their group's expiry date in order to secure Group Rate. Please ask your Group Coordinator for your expiry date.
3) Group Rates and Coordinator Discount only apply if a minimum of five campers successfully complete the online registration prior to the expiry date. No exception.
