HOC's Group Philosophy
Camp is a wonderful experience that your camper may be excited to share with friends/teammates or may be more comfortable being away from home if they know they can enjoy camp with other familiar faces. It is for those reasons that we designed our group registration system. Equally as important is the understanding by parents and campers that camp is also a wonderful place to meet new friends and be open to new experiences outside of the group dynamics. This understanding also ensures that any camper who does not enroll within the group system (but as an individual) also feels just as secure and comfortable attending camp.

Group Discount Rules & Policies
- Cabin Size Limits: The maximum cabin group size is 4 campers. Groups larger than 4 will be split across multiple cabins.
- Large Groups (12+): Groups over 12 will be split into different sections while maintaining cabin groups of no more than 4.
- Minimum Requirement: A minimum of 4 campers must register using the Group Code before the expiry date. If this minimum is not met, all registrations revert to Regular Camp Rates, and discounts are forfeited.
- Already Registered Before Group Approval?
- Discounts & Minimums: Registrations completed prior to group approval do not qualify for the group discount or count toward the 4-camper minimum.
- Cabin Requests: Your camper can still be housed with the group. Contact your Group Coordinator to ensure your camper is included on your group’s cabin request form.
