Fitness Training Program Features

This off-ice training activity delivers the ultimate fitness training experience for hockey players as well as campers in our other camp programs that want to develop the foundations of Strength & Conditioning. Campers will learn how they should train to develop the physical foundations that can help them take their fitness conditioning to the next level.

In partnership with Relentless Hockey, the HOC Off-Ice Fitness Training Activity was specifically designed for the development needs of youth athletes, with the objective to enhance physical literacy and movement skills, along with promoting the training practices that translate to enhancing performance on the ice.

Workouts are designed to include the following:

  • Dynamic Warm-Up & Mobility
  • Athletic Development
  • Strength & Movement
  • Core/Conditioning/Recovery

Led by specialized HOC Instructors, this activity is designed to be a challenging development opportunity for campers to not only push themselves but learn the foundations of fitness training so that they can continue training long-term.

Relentless Hockey is a leader in Strength & Conditioning for Hockey Players, delivering off-ice training specifically designed to translate to on-ice performance.  Relentless Hockey works with players & teams across 10 countries and specially designed the Hockey Opportunity Camp Off-Ice Fitness Activity to be an intensive training experience for campers to develop the physical foundations & learn how to take their fitness training to the next level.
