HOC Director Sophie takes you on a tour of our newly renovated commercial kitchen.
Why renovate? Sophie says, "Our kitchen is one of the busiest and most important places at camp. So, we wanted to make sure it was re-designed to be more efficient, with more dedicated cooking spaces/areas, better food service flow and most importantly... easier and faster to maintain, clean and sanitize."
