Group Coordinator Savings:
- The group coordinator (the one who recruits 5 or more campers and completes the Group Summary Form)
receives an additional savings off group rates above of $100.00 for every 5 campers in the group.
(i.e. 5-9 campers = $100.00 savings, 10 - 14 campers = $200.00 savings, 15-19 campers = $300.00 savings)
- Please note: savings cannot be divided among campers but can only be applied to one camper's registration form.
Group/ Coordinator Rate Guidlines:
- A group is considered to be FIVE or more campers. Registrations must consist of either Residential Hockey and/or Residential Camp Only Campers (Ice Only and Ice Only + Camp Program do not qualify as a group member). Campers do not need to attend HOC the same week.
- The Group coordinator must submit all registration forms/payment in the same envelope with a completed
Group Summary form (link below) in order for the Group discounts to apply. NO EXCEPTIONS.
