In looking ahead and preparing your child for camp this summer, we have posted online a number of documents for your review and return (if applicable). You can click on any of the names to download that document (.pdf versions). Registering for camp is easy, just complete the following steps: 1. Review the 2008 Camp Registration Package. To find out everything you need to know about preparing to send your child to H.O.C., please READ THROUGH THIS BROCHURE CAREFULLY. 2. Complete the 2008 Camp Registration Form. --New For 2008-- Visa/Mastercard now accepted! 3. Complete the 2008 Camp Health History Form. It is mandatory that all campers submit an up-to-date Health History Form each year. An accurate and thorough health form is integral to ensuring the safety and comfort of your child while at camp. 4. Mail in both Registration Form and Health History Form with payment. Remember! Each year, the camp has had a waiting list. We accept registrations on a first come, first serve basis, so register early. |

Additional Registration Details... At the end of summer, there is always a pile of campers belongings left at camp. This is an expensive waste for our campers (and their parents!) As a way to target the problem of lost belongings and a large lost and found closet, we are encouraging our campers to label all belongings.
Registration Day Registration is held from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm on Sunday. Full registration process details are listed in the "2008 Camp Registration Package". |
